Viewing Communicated System Events in an Insurance Profile

The Communicated System Events feature allows you to view a list of event milestones in a workfile that are communicated back to the insurance company. You can view this list in the insurance company profile. You cannot edit the information in this screen.

To view communicated system events

1. Select the Configuration Dashboard, and then select the Profiles option from the Configuration panel.
2. Select the profile, and then select Edit from the mini-toolbar.
3. Click on the Communicated System Events link located in the left panel.
